- fixed bug that spectators were asked to ready up although they actually don't have to ready up in order to influence the game
- changed sv_ready_restart_after_countdown to 0 to not disturb players in match stage with ready nagging just because someone accidentally readied up *again*
- the messages printed to the center of your screen are now much more bandwidth-friendly (sent only once per second instead 32x per second)
- major refactoring of timeout-code, some refactoring of ready-restart and ready-nagging code, too
- fixed bug: now centerprints of other gamemodes (like keyhunt) aren't "overwritten" with an empty centerprint anymore
- during a timeout the "impulse" commands (like switching or throwing weapons) sent by a player, as well as shooting the grappling hook, are ignored and won't be executed
- fixed bug that the "one minute remaining" sound wasn't played after a ready-restart
- added reminder-sound "prepare for battle" played shortly before a timeout ends
- added a reminder sound when showing the ready-nagging
- now plays the "begin" sound which is played after the ready-restart countdown is over
- now plays the "timeout called" sound when a player calls a timeout
