This was the first map I made for Nexuiz, and as far as I know, it never appeared on a server — probably because I kept releasing new versions at the rate of one or two each day for over two weeks until everybody got fed up and asked me to please stop..

v2 has some optimizing and improved glow maps, but is mostly the same as before. Oh, and now it works with the new file setup:

The Great Divide... reminds me of a Total Annihilation map. I look forward to seeing in on servers.

That red guy looks pissed.

That blue guy is probably weaker. I mean he doesn't even have a mouth, so he can't even eat. That red guy is gonna win this one, for sure.

He is missing an eyebrow.

Did he accidentally shave it off? If he can't even use a shaver properly, how is he gonna wield a sword?

Wait a second...there are swords in Nexuiz? o_O

If only there were...

Just a thought, neither of them have any legs. I hope they can both throw those swords pretty accurately

Nah, they've got springs instead of legs..

Cool map but I feel like it suffers from the same issue Chasm has. I feel like it's scaled too small.

Having played a round on this map, I agree (except for that part about chasm..

). It should probably have been about 1.5 times the size it is.

But this is the first map I made for Nexuiz, and I didn't quite have a feel for the scale back then.
