My first impression is that it is a very good looking design, and I generally like this style of map. If this is your first Nexuiz map, I look forward to the other maps that you create! :-D

The only negative feedback I have for your map is that it seems too small, like it needed to be scaled up slightly... maybe x1.1 scale. That is the only thing I can say negative about it.

Nice map !
Good and clean brushwork!
I made a quick demo running around in it.

Some suggestions:
-scale the map up (i'd say smth. around 1.3 times original size) This will also cause having less head-bumpy areas.
-make the lava deeper
-maybe swap the Nex with the Rocket Launcher or Hagar as the Nex is kinda useless on this kind of map.
-player-clip these walls ;)

Scale was my only complaint as well :). Err... wait and the lava... you can walk on it. I'd prefer you sink.
