Hehe, it will kill you for sure, it has to be teammates who place down all the electro balls and also they blow it up. If there is no teamdamage (this is the only criteria for the map, otherwise its not possible to capture) it will work, 40 balls have to be placed into the same spot. We gave it a try yesterday, and once it was ALMOST succesful with huge unluck (like 4-5 meter was missing only) but it is possible
