The .map is right there, it's GPL, stop demanding that other people do what you want. If you want a greatestwall_easy for alpha who's so skilled he can't stop himself from falling into the lava then you make it.

Actually, I'm with tundra on this one. If there's something you want to change then you have the ability to do that. One shouldn't expect others to do the work for oneself.

I knew seems I didn't include a sufficent number of copies of the GPL in the pk3.
In all the directories you will see a file called "COPYING" (it is all caps... tradition) and "gpl.txt".
The dragons are released under the GPL. You don't need to ask if you can use them, though if they are compiled in then the map that is using them in compiled-into-map form needs to be released under GPL aswell IIRC.
