In general, I like the feel of the map. I've been looking for large DM maps. My public DM server supports up to 24 players and it gets full usually once a day. This would be the type of map that I would put on there. So consider that a map of this size might support anywhere from 12 - 24 players.

In order to be useful for playing DM with that many players, it needs more weapons/health/armor/ammo. Usually, I've found that mappers tend to add too many items on the map, especially health/armor. If that goes too far, then that can allow people to stack health/armor very easily.

It's best to have only one quad on the map, or maybe a quad + shield since the map is so large. Basically finding balance with the items is key for this map to work.

Structurally, the only thing I don't like about it is that basement room. Technically, there are three exits from that room, but they aren't obvious right away, and two of the exits are reaaaally long slanted hallways. That slows down gameplay quite a bit. A couple teleporters might work better.

I like your use of micro-stairs (near the quad). Those feel really smooth when running up them, unlike most stairs in nexuiz maps.
