[MAP] minideck_v3r4

A new release of this deck16-inspired map.. New textures. Went off on a retexturing tangent after some helpful suggestions from francotirador [sp]...

EDIT: This map uses textures from a current SVN build..
EDIT2: Post subject [doh]
EDIT3: New pk3 uploaded below. Now has grappling hook from start :)
EDIT4: New pk3 uploaded (see post and screenies below in this thread). Bumped version to v3r3.

EDIT: removed screenies. The ones in followup are more representative

Looks really nice, deciding on this glossy-techno theme was a great idea, this map cant be confused with anything else ;) After playing on it for hours with you, I can say this map is great fun, especially I can imagine this map in a 3on3 TDM game, or in a 8 player deathmatch! I can't test this map right now, but erm, did you enable off-hand gook on this map? I dont think its a good idea, many server admins hate hook (and even more players :P), this map doesnt loose anything of its enjoyement by not having it by default (whatmore its much more enjoyable without). So I recommend to let sever admins decide wether they want hook or not :)

Hi, well i think since this map has some rather big open spaces the hook could be a nice way to create a super fast paced match.. Right now it's just an experiment :) Dunno whether i'll keep that in later versions..

Just woah! Wonderful blend of light, textures and curves and thats just from the screenshots! I'll need to try this version later but for now, I just got up and am very tired.
Possibly not the worst mapper in the world.

Here's a new revision. I like how it gets along. Sadly i have a caulking bug in this release, but since my pc just spend 3hs with a final build, i'll be damned, if i don't post it ;)

New version with fixed caulk bug and added race entities..

the roof turned out pretty well, i like this new one much better than in the earlier version i saw on your server ;)

:) Oh and i forgot.. I also added race (CTS) entities.. It's a short run which should be possible to complete in 20-30 sec :)
