Just played this map on HOCTF (version b6).
I like the original map in DM, so it's fun to use some of the same DM tactics that I know on this map, but in a CTF setting.

When I asked people to rate it from 0 - 10, the average was about a 3
Most rated the map badly, and a small few really liked it.
I think it has potential, but has some flaws.

The nex in the flag area lends itself to camping. Halfway through the match, half of the other team was sitting around base, on the flag and under the flag, each one carrying a nex.
The hidden kill trigger wasn't popular, I think mainly because nobody could see it.
If the kill trigger was visible, that might help people accept it.
I agree that something needs to stop people from simply jumping from the flag area across the whole map.

If the nex were moved down, that might help. Maybe put an electro up there.
Maybe put the nex in the middle of the map

The underside pathways seem a bit thin. I kept running into teammates.
And for some reason I kept falling off when I tried to run up the stairs there.

I agree with you I will implement and reupload in next few days ;)
Only Plays Nexuiz these days.
And only plays on euroCTF Server :-D
