Shader file advice

I was wondering if anybody here would be so kind to help me with a new map I am working one. I want to put in a swimming pool with some nice blue transparent water but I can't seem to be able to get it the way I want it to. I have a light blue texture in a folder textures\pool called water.tga, have added the pool folder to my shaderlist.txt file. Could somebody help me with a good pool.shader file for the water texture ?
Now with new shiny avatar.
