And it's always nice to see if it's worth (my time) testing :) I judge by screens if I'm feel like spending some time testing maps. Now I've seen it and it looks nice, but I haven't had time to test it yet.

Nice map, simple, yet effective. I can image this can be insane fun on instagib, so you've chosen the right gamemode for this little gem ;)

Seems you like high buildings :)

I played this map a couple of times in FFA now and it's a lot of fun. I like the way you set up your maps. Keep up the good work.

One comment however. The map was giving me 5-6 fps until I figured the skybox to be the problem and when I turned it off I was back to 100+. Really a shame that I have to run it without skybox because it really adds to the feeling of this map. Are there more people who experience this problem or is it just another case of "getting some more f*#king RAM" ? ;)

Yes and no... the skybox is really huge with 1500x1500px, that's about 6.5MB per side so almost 40MB in total. If you have a graphics card with 64MB video ram, there's probably not enough memory left for world and model textures, so more vram would fix the problem, but the cheaper solution would be to resize the skybox textures to 512x512 (unzip the pk3, the skybox textures are in env/docs_deep_drill/)
