When sticking to Nexuiz i'd say my favorite themes are industrial and sci-fi.
I can't really pick one.

Even 'vast maps with no theme whatsoever'? Must be hard doing those well. Seeing how the only person why really tried failed miserably and is the worst example of a human being to have achieved internet access.
