New Map : Towers Of Doom ...

I've just added an entity "item_minst_cells" to svn, so in 2.4 you'll be able to use these instead of compiling the map twice (nex & rl won't be replaced by ammo packs if there's at least one item_minst_cells on the map)

Hell thanks ^^, that sounds pretty good.
I think this will give most mappers a bit more control to their mapsettings.

Virus sendet the soundtracks for that maps to me before two day's, i think i will release it tomorow or somethin this direction.

I made my first CTF map now, too.
Both maps are using nearly the same Texturepack but are completly different ...
I decidet to not make towers of doom to some Domination map, think its just too small.
But the second one will come as a ctf, domination and Deathmatch.
I will send the Screenshots here tomorow, hope i did good work on the new map.
I will work parallel on both of them and try to complete them till tomorow. :)

the map looks nice.

Now i'm not sure about my next comment, take it or leave it.
Perhaps the map could be better with a skybox that is a little bit less psychedelic, perhaps there is too much detail in the map right now.. just looks overloaded right now, but i didnt see it in action, so i'm not sure

Towers of Doom is some very small map, and i wanted to limmit the jumpin and hooking around by those flyin mines.
Its just a map for quick action.

By the Way i have a little question to Domination.
I Finished my map CTF_docs_hell_incarnate, but i want to put it into one pk3 together with the Deathmatch and the Domination variant.
My question to the Domination variant is the following :
Do i neet to set Teamspawns for domination ?, or is that game mode using the randomized info_player_deathmatch spawns ?
I placed two entities "dom_team" and three entities "dom_controlpoint".
At the Moment there are the various deathmatch spawns placed.
Cause it would take a long time to compile it and test it out, i just wanted to ask here.
Do i need to remove the Deathmatchspawns and set up Teamspawns ?

Ill just start to compile the CTF Map now. I hope that i'll get some answer here till that is finished. Otherwise i will have to just test it, or search for some information.
However i hate to do the works on my own if i just can ask someone ;).
So it isnt that really important ;).

No, only ctf is using team spawns, but if you place some they will be used as normal spawnpoints.
