And no, I havnt seen someone make a player model thats 32k polys but I know how the Q3 engine works, and I guess it doesnt matter since your not using the Q3 engine..
Funny. you do know there's a difference between format limitations and practical application, right? Anyway, if you wish to do so with Daprkpalces/Nexuiz it does support the md3 format. i am sure DPM supports even more if you cant get it slow enough with md3's
