Oh, right, forgot aboot this, but I made a melee wep model a while ago. I called it the "impact hammer" because I liked the UT one. I couldn't figure out how to implement it, and it's not great quality, but it's VERY low poly. This was my first attempt at modeling, texturing, and bumpmapping a model, it would probably look better with more believable texturing.

I wanted to replace the laser with this, but the Nexuiz weapons exporter has filepaths that only work on Windoze.
Some ideas for a melee weapon:
Turn on laser_secondary, make the lifetime .00001 and 0 self damage
Program a "fist" that searches for a hit on a 1 to 2 unit beam at the press of a key, or give all weapons a melee anim.
