Hmm.. I once made a level called "Torus" which was supposed to be just that. Doesn't look much like it though, but there certainly are a lot of accelerated particles in there..

Last time i played it online people did not like it very much, maybe they took it for a serious map

I've only played it once. Two guys hated it and one guy called a repeat vote.
This map is probably just too different for most players.
