The teleporter texture should fit the setting of the map. Like the teleporters on runningman(1on1) or on BrokenWorldv3r2.
Lazy mappers like me tend towards not to create additional textures which would fit the style of the map.
But personally i believe that the teleporter texture on aggressor fits perfectly. It's similar to the good ol' quake1 teleporter, and since aggressor is a good ol' quake1 map, i vote for not changing the teleporter there.
A fancy teleporter effect for other maps would be nice though.
