i just recently downloaded macradiant 1.4(for intel macs) but whenever i try to compile my maps a pop up window says: "The connection timed out, assuming the BSP process failed Make sure you are using a networked version of Q3map? Otherwise you need to disable BSP monitoring in prefs" i have been trying different things for about a week now and nowhere on the internet seems to have an answer. any help would be appreciated.
incase the code in the command box matters, it is:
=== running BSP command ===
"/Applications/MacRadiant 1.4.app/Contents/Resources/sw/radiant14/q3map2.ppc" -v -connect 127.0.0.1:39000 -game quake3 -fs_basepath "/Applications/Nexuiz/" -meta "/Applications/Nexuiz/data/fortz.map"
(map name is fortz)

That's what happens when I try to compile with macradiant 1.4. Don't waste any more time trying to get that to work. Instead, go look in the "goodies" folder that came with MacRadiant. You'll find (probably) an app called "q3map2GUI". Compile your apps with that instead.
