After this is quite a large topic by now i got interested and took a look.
I could already have told you some points just from screenshots.
So here we go:
Layout:
Well it's large and i really had trouble to find my way through the map. The totally unlit black parts in the map are annoying for me as i can't find my way easily through it (and crates block me off there). Bad for gameflow imo.
The connectivity is bad as well. It seems like you just added rooms and connected them with smaller or larger hallways. Fast action won't happen here. Have a look at some of your favorite Nexuiz or Quake3 maps and study how and why the layout there works for you.
Maybe it's exactly how you wanted the layout to be but it doesn't feel good for me.
Visuals and stuff:

prettiest room in your map so far !
rotate the texture to match the rotation of the step.
You'll never find a step that's completely made out of lights. find another solution for that. but the idea of having the lights come from the stairs is good.
Use trims !

same room. texture doessn't fit here. try something else.
I located many places that need texture work. not just this one.

The blue swamp casting purple light looks weird. change this.
The walls and the whole room looks empty. add stuff. too dark.

Players always get distracted from things that don't look natural. light out of nowhere just looks wrong. Same for oversaturated lights (pure blue; pure red; pure green for example) as long as you don't have a light source that casts exactly and believably this kind of light.

This one's a annoying place. It's too hard to jump over the gap in a fast match. Also the instant death when you touch the blue slime doesn't feel right and is annoying.

Once again bad lighting. This room also feels very empty. add some stuff to the walls.

This is the only room that has some nice architecture to fight around.
But lighting and texturing need much more work.

Please please please align these lights at the top or screw them and go for a skybox. And these are just too many lights ! cut a half of them and paste them somewhere else in your map

Overall this map needs a LOT of work if you want it to be included with an official nexuiz-release.
I would recommend that you start another map and first try to finish the layout. Then you can release a early gameplay-beta. after that add details and stuff at will and get more feedback.
