I guess a bsp birch tree or something, I dunno. Are there tuts on how to make a good tree (modler or not, I just need to see how they are constructed).
When I made my crossbow in blender I had to texture it by unrapping it ect, uv wrap or something. It was complicated and allowed only lo res really (unless you want a 2048^2 texture

Modeles are good because they have LOD, but are much more difficult to texture and take a hell of a long time. GTK radiant is so much more friendly with texturing. If only a "model" texture and the model could be exported by gtkradiant then one could model in gtk, keep the texture info, and make LODs.
That's not possible though

They way modling programs texture is horrible.
