Its very easy when your spamming a hallway with them to just run right past them because they go so fast if it were to be lowered they wouldnt zoom out right past the person.

Thats prevents the gun from being just just by spamming.. which means to be accurate you have to use short bursts which CAN mean less damage to your target.
Less damage balances stuff.

Okay, that makes sense but, I'm not sure it does or doesn't do that. I'll take note of it to see if it discourages spamming . Personally, what discourages me most from spamming is rare ammo :wink: (but that's a mapping problem too).
