How to define Laser Arena in the .mapinfo

I'm searching for a key to write into the .mapinfo file, to turn off all the weapons except the laser.
This is intended for the race mod in a "normal" map. What I know to work is the mutator "laser arena",
but I didn't find any information on how to define that in the .mapinfo.

settemp_for_type race [?]
