Well, it's just a fake postprocess effect.. But the code for it isn't committed yet, you'll have to wait to use it or get the patch from blub. Anyway, it uses an edge-detect sobel method to see where differences in color are and then it draws black lines there.. This is perfect if you don't want textures.. But this is what happens when you don't do gl_picmip:


Now, I personally LIKE this a little.. If you've ever played borderlands, it kinda reminds me of that. But, it's a bit too much this way :p
