Looks pretty good, the geometry is good in most spots, but it looks like there is a lot of bare walls and stuff. Also, i would go with different textures.

i've got some problem for the moment with some brush which are not in gtk but in nexuiz. I dont understand.

Maybe you have them hidden or something. Try pressing shift+h and check view to see if any filters are on and turn them off.
