New 1vs1 tournament: Signups opened!

I'm finally done with the biggest part of the organisation of the new Nexuiz 1vs1 tournament page

I proudly announce that the doors have finally opened to the beginning of a new, great tournament. There will be two tournaments running simultaniously, one dedicated to players from Europe, one for players from North America. However, you can only play in one tournament at the same time.

The signups will be open for 2 weeks. They will be closed on Sunday, September 7th.

About the details of the tournament: you can find all the information on the "How does this work" page, as well as the "rules" page.

And now, what I really need are volonteers: I need admins for the NA part of the tourney. If you're interested, contact me please.

1 question : Downer and Runningman are in the mappool for the tourney? because they got removed from the ladder

The map pool of the tourney will be the exactly same one as the ladder mappool. If you look it up, you'll see that I revoked the 2 polls that removed these 2 maps from the ladder mappool a few weeks ago and let the people continue voting for it until the end of this month. The result then will decide whether these maps stay or get removed from both the ladder and the tourney mappool.

Reason I asked the question is because I am leaving the country for a long time, next month so I guess I will miss a lot of games
