In svn, you only hear the click if there actually was a rocket to detonate.

I played the my actual demo, and there's no alt-fire sound (both in normal nexuiz and svn). But the other guy (who got fragged) said he could here it, so I played *his* demo, and sure enough I can hear it. Now I'm confused. :?:

Does that make a difference, though, when watching the .avi file? I can clearly hear the rocket_det sound in the movie. You can also see, if you watch the slow-motion replay from my perspective, that the rocket flies slightly past me before being detonated. I even turn around to watch it.

I prefer to think of myself as the one making the frag.. after all, without that perfectly-placed laser shot, you would have missed.
