Q3Map2 --> XMAP2?

would the xmap2 map compiler be of any use for the NetRadiant team? or would it not work with Nexuiz? or is it just not worth it?

I finished my implementation of a true 64 bit HDR rendering pipeline. Interesting is that Q3Map2 works with HDR values internally. So I changed the map compiler XMap2 to save lightmaps, the light grid and all other light related information in a new XBSP format without the ugly colour normalization that Q3Map2 usually does when it saves the lightmaps as .tga files. No chance, would require HUGE changes to the engine to switch from Q3's to XreaL's material system
1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again

You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.
