Hi folks.
Since i installes the 2.22 version i have problems with my logitech mx 518. Sometimes i can't shoot, i mean, not always when i press fire it works. Maybe every second shoot works. I deactivated the + and the - buttons, but in nexiuz, they work.
System is win xp
Newest driver from logitech.

I already told you about gl_finish 1 that did not seem to help..
Could you try nexuiz.exe and nexuiz-sdl.exe? is one of them better? Nexuiz 2.2.3 (released just a few hours ago) also ships with a batch file nexuiz-dinput.bat that makes nexuiz.exe use direct input. (it just passes the startup parameter -dinput, its nothing new). So that are 3 possible things to test.
An other thing is.. Do the buttons not work or is it just lag? That is do they work if you press them long enough? There is a feature called 'emulate 3 button mouse' were you press both mouse buttons and it acts like you pressed mouse3. Many X (linux) server seem to have the setting by default but i think windows or some windows drivers have a similar option. That feature has a certain time limit in that you have to press both keys and with that feature it waits that long to report single clicks. Just a strange idea but the more ideas to try the better.

duh, I had some same problems I think yesterday. well but it only happened on the Dreckloch server and from my box at work, where varying issues are very usual, due to my inet connection there.
Opferlamm, have you tried online only, or does it happen playing local games as well?

Nexuiz is the only game i play on my pc. It is hard for me to explain how this bug apears. Sometimes I have no control over the mouse. I move to all direction and jump and shoot till somebody kills me. After I got killed, the mouse works ok. When this happens, afterwards the mouse has the standard settings, expecially the deactivated + and - buttons work
