I'd re-download it, something funky probably happened then you were downloading the menu section of the PK3 or something...

No its some error in the map. Its a quake3 map maybe its just some minor thing Nexuiz does not support. Func_train is some moving stuff so its probably just some 'eye candy' in the map thats not working as it should.
