I would like to know whether it is possible to execute arbitrary system commands via the nexuiz server console (like deleting files or spawning shells)?
Currently I think that this is not possible and that all commands one can issue relate to the nexuiz server. Is this correct?
Background is that if one could call system commands from the server console it would need loads of trust to share Rcon access.

Yes it is, and there will never be a way to execute shell commands from a Nexuiz server (unless you find an exploitable buffer overflow

).
