Would you please immediately edit that please for the sake of human respect. Nobody here deserves this title, absolutely nobody
Sorry I meant it more in a facetious way but I changed it in case it was offensive to anybody. SavageX, that is more exaggerated than normal but it does happen just like that, though not quite that bad. Usually.

The only choppy movement i can see in that video is in the slowmo sequences and that's no surprise due to the necessary framerate conversion...

Edit: it might help if you're able to record a demo of your problem...

Either open the console (shift+esc) and enter "rec mydemo" before (!) connecting to a server, or enable the autodemo option in the join menu until you have a suitable demo (that'll record every game you play, so you might end up with lots of files after a while)

Same story here. My FPS is up and running between 100 and 200 using gl_vbo 0 for my old ATI.

Tried cl_movement_minping, tried cl_movement but no use: Nexuiz stopped being playable for me. Since I started using 2.3 I could not play 1 decent game. A few hours ago I tried to start from a clean config (esteel recommended it) but no use.. lag.. lag..lag..
Last week nil told me to use a command to show the net graphs (don't rember the command) ,anyway it showed red boxes each few minutes.
Just played a local game with 8 bots: runs like heaven... I'm pretty sure there is something wrong with the new net-code .

Well maybe this is a good thing after all

And the bots are just plain stupid now, in fact just about everything that was supposed to be updated seems like it got worse, not better.

Bots are just as stupid as always, but yes, they now aim worse and move less accurate at low skill levels - this should better match what humans can do. So basically, skill 10 is about unchanged, but on skill 0 they now are much worse than before.
1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again

You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.

Perhaps the server OP's need to change the bots skills then, every server i have been on since 2.3. seems to have the bots set on stupid

What do you mean with 'tried' ?? Do you mean you tried setting cl_movement 0 and it did not help? Basicly in the old release cl_movement was forcefully disabled (like cl_movement 0 does) by the server if your ping was under 100. This is nolonger done, on new servers, the client has total control over cl_movement and the default is 1 so its used all the time. Its however disabled for local games like the campaign or against bots. Maybe there is something wrong at low ping.

And i know there was ONE person during the 2.3test phase that reported problems and i can't even remember right now if those were fixed somehow.. why for fucks sake do those problems come up now? Did we do those test releases for nothing? :P
