You may consider this quite cheap, but I think you should keep an eye on thermal circumstances your system is running in. I also could imagine that your power supply can't handle the graphics card you're using.

Well, reading the system description following things come to my mind:
- The Radeon 2900XT is consuming much power. This stresses the power supply unit.
- it's important to have decent airflow within the computer
- Vista. Both the OS and the drivers are mostly beta quality. Things most likely will get better over time.
By the way, can you play Nexuiz with good quality settings on that card?

The power supply is a Enermax liberty 500W and for the airflow i have a big tower.
I think the problem was Daemon Tools version 4.10 and the SPTD version 1.50.
In a other forum sayed that SPTD 1.50 makes Windows instabil than i have deinstaled Daemon Tools and in system32\drivers\sptd.sys have manual deleted.
The ATi is good card but it has problem with OpenGL games you can play but when its full with players than the FPS goes down. When you go nothing do you have more than 200 FPS
but when you do something ore full with players the go down.
Thanks for the help!!!

I recently started playing this game on a laptop (Toshiba P100 ST9752) and I am experiencing the same issue that the OP is. But rather than using Vista, I am using Ubuntu version 7.04.
The video card in this laptop is a go 7900 gtx.
Thanks!
