... The quit works now: I updated the svn source (twilight and nexuiz itself), but focus problem remains, though you can switch to console, and after that you can use Alt+Tab, etc .... All this was checked in sdl version...
So this mouse problem is completely solved - at least for me, at least in sdl version, and with some tricks
