Don't know that thing...
but try this:
- open Terminal.app
- enter:
id (to find out your own username and groupname, which typically are the same)
chown -R yourusername:yourgroup ~/.nexuiz
chmod -R a=rX,u+w ~/.nexuiz
After that, your permissions should be right. If any of these commands fails with a "permission denied" message, prepend it with "sudo" and enter your password.
However, if nothing else works, move away your ~/.nexuiz folder and let Nexuiz create a new one:
mv ~/.nexuiz ~/.nexuiz.old
After that command, the Nexuiz folder is renamed, and it will no longer find it, and create a new - cleanly set up - one.
1. Open Notepad
2. Paste: ÿþMSMSMS
3. Save
4. Open the file in Notepad again
You can vary the number of "MS", so you can clearly see it's MS which is causing it.
