correction for Mac OS X procedure

Mac OS X's Terminal application is in /Applications/Utilities, so it would be "Go > Utilities" to get to the command line.
Also, the '.app' convention is a packaging scheme used to obscure resources and binaries from gui users. As far as the cli is concerned, "/path/to/nexuiz.app" is a directory. Fixed command:
