Problems when using "evdev" mouse driver

Hi,

while I am enjoying Nexuiz very much, I hate the fact that I can't use the evdev mouse driver when I want to play Nexuiz, because it instantly looks in the sky when I look around with my mouse. I know this problem has been around for some time and also people have discussed about it but I'd like to know if there is anything one can do / if anyone knows a workaround or something...

I am using the sdl-version, because it works and I don't know why I should use the glx version. I use evdev 1.2 and Nexuiz 2.4 at the moment. I've got a Logitech MX 518 mouse and want to use the evdev because it feels a bit more responsable (don't know if it's true) and I can use the back and forward mouse buttons with Firefox.

Does anyone know what I could try to do or if there is a way to use the "mouse" driver with my Logitech MX 518 together with my back and forward mouse buttons?

You could try the 'Turn off OS mouse acceleration' option in 'Settings/Input' but i'm not sure if that helps because I use driver "mouse"..

But if the sdl variant works for you.. why change? sdl is fine!
