force_playermodel (aka performance boost)

I currently have a ati9800pro and its ok for Nexuiz, though there are some spots in the maps that perform really bad (for example if i loadup nexdm07 so that i'm alone in the map, standing at the rocketlauncher looking to nexpowerup gives me 40fps with low settings). I suppose the 9200 is even worse so it might indeed be a hardware problem.

Where is the nex powerup on 07? I take it you mean 06?

I'd like to know if anybody has those problems not playing on a AGP-based graphics adapter. After all the hardware I tested I think the performance problems don't appear on PCIe based systems.

*lol* i looked up the map description to make sure i write down the right number.. i saw the 06 and still wrote 07..

@ Urmel: Well i do not have those problems running on AGP.. (Of cource except a normal slowdown with lots of players and lots of gibs) Just the presence of players do NOT hurt my fps. The card is running on AGPx8 and has 128mb..
