latest forceware causing probs?

I just downloaded the latest forceware from nvidia and it is causing probs. While playing the game seems to 'stick' every few seconds. I reinstalled the drivers that came with the comp, but using that driver causes the comp to crash when trying to play videos, but Nex plays great. I was wondering if the hotfix might fix the problem?
