Heh, dunno. But that's how I discovered it. Pushed all the buttons of my keyboard. Then I pressed f10 and it quitted.
okay, I hope there are no buttons which change important preferences by default

actually i once was also missing the buttons.
this was caused by an improper setting of the resolution which made the buttons go off the screen
