Because of 2.5 release coming soon, this problem should be looked at before the release date so the game wouldn't need another series of patches like 2.4 did.
Problems with any svn (2.4.2 servers work correctly) server, latest engine build. Does not depend on network latency and packet loss. Playing on lowest settings, fps stays constantly above refresh rate without huge drops. Does not seem map dependent cause got stuttering even on gw_reloaded, which is not very resource hungry. Especially noticeable when doing 360 turns or laserjumping.
Also sound/video stuttering when starting a game/loading a server became even more noticeable than in previous release.
