Update readme and Docs for Version 2.5

I just downloaded the new Nexuiz version 2.5 and read the readme and other docs. Every Link for downloading shows the version 2.4.2, also the readme says that 2.4 is the "new release". Maybe somebody could update the documentation for new Nexuiz-member.

Lol, stupid oversight.. must have slipped thru. Well that should be fixed for the next bugfix release Thanks for finding that
