Upside down after killed at end of game

cool. :) In the old days I'd blame packet loss, but we dont bounce as much around now as we used too... How did you fix it? by dying?

esteel said that too. The funny thing is it's completely upside down, not on the side like you sometimes used to respawn.

Well I already was dead. That's the end scores having been the last person to be killed.

Oh i have an other idea.. Have you by used your old config.cfg? In older versions the engine did turn the view 90° when dead but now the server does this. So both together would be 180°..
(there was a variable that did control this.. its now off so the engine does no longer turn the view)

Not that often. You have to be the last person killed (the winning kill of the game) for it to happen. It is not like the respawn on side problem in 1.5 as this is for the scores, not playable.

In that case i have an idea what might be happening...
My guess: the camera turns sideways or is fliped because of the force when you are gibbed. But after the match is over, dp no longer updates the player's physics, so i guess the camera is stopped while you are still bouncing around.

well in such a case... why considering this as a bug?
If a player gets killed why should he/she not lay "on the back"? :)

Thre is anther roblemwith the physics stiping, but I've started a new post..
