Since stumbling upon this thread today, I've been trying to reproduce this to the best of my ability. So far I've been unable to do so. I've performed the following actions:
1. Cleared my entire .nexuiz directory and downloaded 2.5.1 stock.
2. Ran SDL and AGL binaries connecting to both a 2.5svn server and a 2.5.1 server, which I believe had g_tourney set and was a gametype of DM (not that any of those things are pertinent). These had 4 or so bots in them at the time.
3. Ran this in fullscreen and non-fullscreen.
and performed those series of steps when attempting to reproduce what's been outlined here. It would be helpful if, when using a pasting service, you choose one that doesn't have an expiration (
http://www.pastie.org &
http://paste.lisp.org are a few I know of off the top of my head; I *think* I recall seeing suggested ones somewhere else in the forum here). The stack trace provided at the pastebin.com address has since expired.
My machine I tested against was a
15" Unibody MacBook Pro first gen:
2.4 GHz C2D
2 gigs of RAM
10.5.7
I was using the 9600M GT, I didn't try it on the integrated 9400M.
Now, that's my main machine. I do have another machine that's probably running a bit older version of Leopard (as well as Tiger) that I could use to test, but that's an Intel machine, too. It's a first gen white MacBook, with a Core Duo something or other.
Anyroad, I wasn't able to reproduce this on stock 2.5.1 with my main machine. I'll see what I can get from an older MacBook, though, because at least that'll be able to test a different GPU.

How kind of you to grace us with your generosity in holding back your opinions on this operating system. Because they're entirely pertinent to the flow and resolution of said bug and thread.
