when im in the game everyone is invisible i cant see them what do i do
even watching the demos ppl dont appear

Does it also happen in single player maps?

i actually dont know any of those things yet XD
and yes it happens even in the demos and singleplayer

Is there a green button labeled start at the bottom left at your screen? If yes, then you're running windows.

Now, the problem of yours might be related to not having drivers for your graphics card installed and therefore you might be using old microsoft ones. Now you need to find out which graphics card do you have. You could check this in the pc manual or could try this:
press start button, then select run command and type dxdiag there. Press enter, wait a minute until it finishes, select display tab and paste here what you see in display: line.
