flag effect = horrible fps

[Grasshopper]

the new flag effects with the smoke and the quake waves kill my frames . anytime my self or anyone grabs/caps the flag , i see a significant frame rate drop . i only get about 50 to 80 fps on low settings (integrated card )nvidia 6100 . so im asking if there are some cvars to set these to off clientside or add them to my autoexec.cfg . i did not find anything in the searchable cvar listing
