misc_laser now makes an annoying sound (it should be silent)

misc_laser now makes an annoying sound (it should be silent), because someone added a sound to laser effect because they used it for the minstanex. Apparently they did not know that the misc_laser effect was used in maps, or perhaps they did not care? Please remove the sound from laser (the beam) and, if you want the minstanex to use a laser effect, create a new effect called minstalaser. Also, maybe have spiraling blue smoke going around that minstalaser aswell, the plain beam doesn't look that great IMO.
