It's quite easy. You have to post a picture that owns the previously posted image in some way.

My first associativity to the last pic:
(for those who don't understand german: "Jäger-Schnitzel" literally translates to "hunter's escalope")

A tinyurl is a forwarder, so while the forum is looking for an image header, its not getting one. You can edit it the picture using the full url tinyurl forwards to however, and it will work fine.

That's what i tried first.
And both links are sending "Content-Type: image/jpeg" in the http header, so the forum shouldn't have a problem indetifying it as an image.
