Meh, I saw this a few weeks ago. I never really appreciated how awesome the actual Simpsons opener is until then. This clip's missing all the wackiness, the rush on the way home, and the fast paced camera angles. Although they did manage the garage scene rather well.

Its been quite some time now that i saw the comic intro but i too find the comic version better. Maybe its nostalgia :)
