Forum theme

Personally, I think the forum needs a lighter default theme. I can tell this one is supposed to fit Nexuiz's style, but the dark blue is altogether too dark, and makes it difficult to read.

This is more of a problem for me, because my browser doesn't seem to retain my forum login information- so if I want to see the lighter version of the forum, I have to log in every time.

Not sure how theme creation is done, but there must be lighter themes availible for phpbb that fit the style.

i disagree as i tend to play on the left screen with the foum open on the right. a bright theme would makje this difficult XD

It depends on your browser/OS too. Apple's antialiased text makes white text on dark backgrounds "bleed"

Yes, I do so too have a Mac.


But I've seen fora where the theme is selectable- maybe this could be done?

edit: yeah.. my browser looses the login as well :/ alientrap is the only forum that does that for me

Delete your phpbb cookies and get new ones, that might very well help

Yes, I'm paranoid. But still, every time I restart Firefox it looses my login.. I estimate I have missed 1000 threads this year because of this (because all threads marks as read)
