In fact O.M.F.O. is on the Borat soundtrack. And in general these Balkan Beats are very similar, so it's no wonder, you're reminded of the soundtrack. I discovered this kind of music through Borat's show too. And imho it's the goddamn funniest and best music to have a great drinking party. You should also look up on Bucovina Club and Shantel, if you like this stuff.
EDIT 17.05.: Tonight I was at the Bucovina Club here in Hamburg. It was awesome, though I suspect Shantel of taking coke, since he was way too happy and was more dancing himself than DJing.
