I'm sure some of it is included in the ToT tournament mod. Don't quote me on that I'm not familiar with configs at all.
Overall it would be nice to have some people involved though. The last minsta tournament had some horrible moments.

well, you removed the beginnings of the variables. e.g. "minstagib" doesn't exist but "g_minstagib" does. If you give this config you posted in your first post to an admin, NOTHING will work the way you want it.

I would bet if the admin has more brain than a dog he will be able to figure out that "minstagib" is supposed to be "g_minstagib"
